Stephanie Giangiulio is the founder of Elevated Life LLC, Health & Wellness Coaching, and a former Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) with over a decade of experience in senior care.

Throughout her career as a CTRS, Stephanie worked deeply within the dementia and memory care space, training staff, guiding families, and designing person-centered interventions that focused on what individuals could do rather than what they had lost. She saw firsthand the profound toll that caregiving takes on families—the exhaustion, the physical breakdown, and the emotional burnout of constantly pouring from an empty cup.

Realizing that the caregivers needed just as much support as the patients, Stephanie shifted her mission to holistic health and nervous system regulation. Today, through Elevated Life LLC, she helps women, caregivers, and aging adults reclaim their physical resilience. As a certified MELT Method and instructor, personal trainer and nutriton coach, she teaches people how to rehydrate their connective tissue to relieve the chronic pain and tension that comes from the heavy lifting of life and caregiving.
