Age Strong Chaffee is a coalition of concerned and motivated community members and stakeholders that identify areas of need in our community for our older adults. We work as a cohesive team to address areas of concern so that a Chaffee County can be a place where older adults thrive.

Examples of projects that have come out of Age Strong are: Chaffee Walks, Places to Age, Miles of Smiles, Film Club and more.

We meet every quarterly. Our first meeting for 2026 is January 29th at 11:00am in the Tenderfoot room in the Touber building. Email mbischoff@chaffeecounty.org to join us.
