Grief Cafe
Grief CafeThe Grief Café is a welcoming, informal gathering for anyone living with grief or loss. It might be connected to the death of person or a pet, but it can also arise from non-death losses such as changes in health, identity, relationships, work, or life circumstances.
At the Grief Café, you can expect a relaxed, compassionate atmosphere where listening is valued as much as speaking. This is not a therapy group or a place to “fix” grief. Participants are invited to share as much or as little as they wish. There is no agenda and no requirement to explain or justify your experience. Conversations unfold organically, guided by curiosity, respect, and care. The Grief Café offers connection, presence, and the quiet relief of not having to carry grief alone.
It will be every 2nd Tuesday. Robin Olson, Deb Abbott from Enhabit and Linda will be co-facilitating
