Come ready to take a journey into the historical development of 5NP Protocol Acupuncture, often referred to as 5 Point Ear Acupuncture, and how it can be a simple and powerful way of helping people recover from addictive substances, mental health challenges and support one’s general well-being. The 5NP offers a simple, gentle, and natural way to find balance and support both physically and emotionally. This presentation introduces the role of an End-of-Life Doula, a trained companion who provides emotional, practical, and spiritual support to individuals and families during the dying process. Attendees will gain insight into how doulas complement medical and hospice care, helping to bring comfort, dignity, and meaning to end-of-life experiences. The session will also feature a panel of practicing End-ofLife Doulas who will share their perspectives and engage in an interactive discussion with participants.

A weekly voice and movement class for anyone who has Parkinson's Disease or Parkinsonism—to bring more intent to speaking and movements, and to keep your voice and swallow strong.
This class is available to anyone in the area with Parkinson's Disease or Parkinson-like, or Parkinson's-adjacent symptoms (multiple systems atrophy, Huntington's) and their caregivers, no official diagnosis or registration is required. It's a free, walk-in, weekly group class. Every week there's a different theme for reading exercises and conversation questions.
